A bid to the council’s Local Infrastructure Fund is underway to fund new play equipment at Sand Park and we are very optimistic that they’ll be some firm news on that soon.
Last year we worked with residents to paint some of the existing equipment and in April we also bought our new Mayor Karen Clark to the park to chat to local people campaigning for investment.
